When is your office open?
Our office is open between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm and closed between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm for lunch (Monday to Friday). We’re also open on Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Do you offer 24-hour access?
We sure do! Our storage units can be used any time of day, allowing our tenants to add or retrieve their items on their schedule.
How far are you from Pine Mountain, Georgia?
Only 17 miles away, meaning you can reach us after a short 22-minute drive from Pine Mountain! We’re also convenient to the communities of Warm Springs, Shiloh, Woodland, Woodbury, Greenville, and Talbotton.
What is climate-controlled storage?
Climate control helps us keep an ideal atmosphere inside our storage units, regardless of the time of year. Not only does it regulate temperature, but it also reduces the chance of moisture buildup, which is crucial when storing items that are sensitive to heat/cold and humidity variations.
How is climate-controlled storage different from standard storage?Climate-controlled storage units may look similar to traditional ones, but the former comes with additional insulation, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and interior access, allowing us to control temperature and humidity levels according to what your belongings need. This is extremely handy when it comes to storing wood, paper, fabric, leather, electronics, and other sensitive materials.
Is your facility really safe?
Considering we are the only facility in the area with on-site management, automated gate access, climate-controlled self-storage, and video surveillance, you can be sure your belongings are safe here. Research shows that the mere presence of security cameras, for example, is enough to stop would-be thieves. Don’t hesitate to ask us for more information.
How do I pay my rent?
Our online bill pay feature allows our tenants to make their payments and reserve our storage units with a few clicks of a button, from anywhere with an internet connection!
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is what allows our customers to drive out here and park their vehicle right next to their rental. These ground-floor storage units are perfect if you want to preserve as much time and energy as possible.
Do you offer moving supplies?
